Costa Rica Recipes

Food and cooking are big parts of any culture and can tell you a lot about the people and their habits and traditions. In Costa Rica the local cuisine is based on local resources of fresh tropical fruits and vegetables and the love of costa ricans for eating and cooking well and healthy.
The majority of the dishes are very simple to make and even if you are a complete beginner in the kitchen, we are sure you will have a big success preparing some of these for your friends or simply enjoying them yourself.
If you have already been to Costa Rica and fell in love with the food, you probably wish you could make some of your favorite dishes back home. We’re sure that you can find most of the ingredients back at your home country and to keep the taste of your trip to Costa Rica last even longer, we bring you a few traditional and authentic recipes.
