Excellent Opportunity for Your Star Student

This opportunity was designed for study abroad directors or Spanish faculty interested in launching a new program in Costa Rica or Panama in 2025. By following the simple steps below, one of your top students could be eligible for free tuition for a 2- or 4-week study abroad program in the summer of 2025..

The selected applicant will gain the following opportunities:

• Study Spanish in group classes for 2 or 4 weeks (20 hours per week)
• Participate 2-3 cultural activities per week
• Airport pickup and drop-off
• Create a creative video or written piece documenting their experience
• Ilisa will waive the tuition fee for 2 or 4 weeks (valued at $680 -$1160 value) for your top student

Please note that accommodation, meals, excursions, airfare, lunches, and evening activities are not included. ILISA can arrange a 4-week homestay for $840, which includes breakfast, dinner, and weekly laundry service.

How to apply:

• Ask your students to write a motivation letter explaining why they want to learn Spanish in Costa Rica.
• Have your students send their motivation letter along with their resume to hellen@ilisa.com.
• ILISA will select a winner once all submitions from your institution have been reviewed.

Student requirements:

• Final report about their experience in Costa Rica, written by the student for both ILISA and their home institution.

Important dates:

• Application deadline: March 31st, 2025
• Results: April 5th, 2025
• The program can start as early as May 15th, 2025, and must conclude before July 15th, 2025
